Cap's Birthday Weekend Well Spent!
What a tremendous weekend of wedding-ness from Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon! We were all pretty much inseparable, and my birthday was even honored with a special gift! What fun... Invited to Rehearsal Dinner at Johnny's and we felt so very welcome. The ceremony and reception were outstanding, and when do we get to visit with the family for nearly the whole day the next day?!!? Very special. Congratulations to Meagann & Duncan since the plan went off beautifully, and thanks to Overturf Wedding Photography for this excellent shot of our special couple just moments after the knot was tied!
Ok, now that the fun part is over....laundry, laundry, laundry. That literally reminds me....I need to start this morning's load that's been soaking...brb...ok...started. Won't get it all done as quickly as I'd like, but our special technique really pays off in clean linens that last. Someday, a bank of 3 washers would be nice....but...thankful for the good 1 we've got!
Prayer time just before you get up in the morning and just before you go to sleep are truly becoming my favorites. Quiet, intimate and both times help shape the next hours... Hope everyone has a way far out wednesday, while I do laundry...hehehe! Blessings to all!
