Anniversary Magic in the chapel kitchen!
31 years, boys and girls! That's how long Miss Denise and the Cap have been rockin' it, and if I may say so....we've still got it! My wonderful and creative spouse came up with the coolest gift for me for our anniversary. She created a "31 flavors for 31 years" gift basket, and it contained EXACTLY 31 different flavors of so many wonderful things. Very thoughtful and innovative! We're talking nuts, chips, jams, candies, vodkas, wines, and lots of other stuff. Still enjoying the proceeds and am so thankful that I've got the most wonderful woman by my side after 31 years. I love you, sweetheart! I think our special relationship is what helps us in making a bride and groom's day magical.
Not too much at the chapel today. Do have a lovely couple coming for a visit this afternoon, but will mostly be at the house. This weekend allows us time to dine with our dear friends, Ann & Ronny, and even hopefully get some target shooting in before the weekend is out.
Grateful. That's all I can be with our Lord and Savior for what He's provided Denise and I for our entire lives. Each day is in His hands, and we wouldn't want it any other way. Thank you, God! (shout out to the Holy Spirit, too!)
