Hot and Wonderful Wedding Day!

Well, when we planned Saturday's big wedding, we figured the cooler autumn temperatures would be here. Not. :) It was a balmy 93...

The chapel is the perfect place for a painting of a chapel, right? We thought so, and love the birthday gift provided to me by the Ruiz...

This is what happens when you let Cap loose with a round sponge brush and some craft paints. It's currently the top of the curio cabinet in the bride's room. Kinda cool, we think? Def craft vibe!

Rollin' around town lookin' fly! Our magnetic signs are back on the side of the truck, and they look pretty good. We'll leave them there until carwash time, and then switch them out! Great colors!

Now THAT is a pile of scones! I can't remember what flavor these are, but I think they may be date-cinnamon. Cap's been cooking up the scones for days for the annual tea coming up for Miss D!

The table switch-out is complete, and the custom painted cabinet is looking pretty fly in the bride's room! This was at the main house and we switched it out for the radio table, and it works great!

Nothing like giant mushrooms to say, "let's have a good time"! It was all a part of the Alice and Wonderland theme, and it added to the excitement, and the colors were really neat! Psychedelic, yo!

Another fun element of the Alice in Wonderland event.... Water bottles with special labels that tie into the theme! Super fun, and the attention to detail makes the fun even more vivid! Yo, Alice!

You know it's a good charity event when the guests dress up for the fun! Alice in Wonderland is CLEARLY a place this audience group has visited before! Loved the enthusiasm and the $3,700 raised!

This is what happens when you marry a ham sandwich. Miss Denise knows the feeling, but there are worse things that could happen to a bride! :) We love this photo of Jolene and John's photo shoot!

This photo is from the chapel from a little while back....Easter Sunday, to be exact. This year's theme was "Jesus Take The Wheel", so everything revolved around vehicles and road travel. Fun time!

Well, you've got to have a little fun, and our "Rabbi" certainly knows how to do it. He's a fan of the Waffle House like we are, and got his very own Waffle House hat when we were in Biloxi, MS.
