This setup was so delicious, it was almost a religious experience. It's got a cool chapel vibe!
Ok, who uses a vintage paint-by-numbers western scene as a backdrop for their hand crafted desserts at their wedding? Taylor. It was amazing. Not only was the display vibe wildly cool with fresh zinnias, wildflowers, wooden trays and our vintage plate collection, the food was amazing. Truffles got snarfed down SO fast that I never even got to taste one, but heard people swooning. The rum cakes could get you pretty high, I think! They were not only moist and delicious, but the rum hard sauce on them was certainly not void of it's distilled quality, and you could taste it right away. Truly unique and amazing dessert bar that was perfect for their tremendous theme and this wonderful dessert buffet. Denise and I were talking about how many thousands have enjoyed delectable treats that were served on this buffet over the years. Love the history of the whole thing. Apparently the photographer Jessica, and our mighty InstaPrincess Emma have already connected, since during Sonia's bridal visit yesterday, she was squealing over how cool the photos were from the wedding this weekend! Wow, technology in the hands of the right people is amazing!
Not much happening in chapel land this week. Bride and groom visit on the weekend, got Becca's plan squared away today, and I think we've got one other visit. Preparing for a VIP visitor who will be staying at the chapel very soon, so there's that. Stay tuned for more developments, and have a wonderful day! Don't forget........tomorrow, we're halfway to another weekend! Woot, woot! Blessings to one and all!
