Such a great shot from Kacey and Todd's wedding! The weather ended up being perfect, and everything was in place. After a week of rain, it was one of our first weather windows to be outside.

Such a beautiful day in the end. Many smiles and lots of fun for guests. It was a distinct honor to concelebrate their ceremony, and I was there about 15 minutes after that before Bruce and I had to head to Galveston to catch our boat! So glad I could be a small part of their big day, and we hope to see them again, soon! Congrats, T&K!

Lots going on at the chapel, since it's book club day! Woohoo! This is our 6th anniversary gathering, and a bit of extra spin is on the ball. Lots of very pretty lantana on the tables, (crazy large for this time of the year due to rain) special foods coming, 2 custom beverages being served and at least 3 new faces in the crowd. Should be wonderful, and the triple green colourway is outstanding for the theme. Also looking forward to tasting Andrea's cake - which we're sure will be amazing. Cap got to pick the filling, and I hear it's strawberry! Woohooo! Congratulations, Motley Book Club, on six years of reading, sharing, eating and fun!

Miss Denise got a really cool multi-plant washtub that is looking great at the entry of the chapel. We're just going to have to have that heat vs. light management issue that is part of our summer landscaping plan every year!
