So most of the time we are planning, setting up, enjoying or cleaning up from great weddings at the chapel. Every once in a while we take it on the road to great honeymoon spots! Emerald Coast win!

Our annual trip to Seagrove Beach, Florida is always a reminder of what a great honeymoon spot the Florida panhandle really can be! The prices are always right, it's a bit of a drive but do-able, and airfares aren't insane if that's the couple's preferred method of travel. Neat condos, plenty of hotels, lots of options all over the place. With rates for condominiums in the $150's per night, it's a pretty affordable honeymoon destination. We're more into cooking ourselves and not eating out for every meal - since our honeymoon was 39 years ago - but if couples want to step away from chores while the enjoy the celebration of their special union, we get it. Beautiful sand, warm water, and friendly fellow beach-goers. Consider it for your anniversary or wedding trip!

All is well at the chapel. Hasn't been very occupied in 2 weeks, but that'll change tomorrow when we have bible study with a good-sized group. Looking forward to it! Miss Denise is down at the chapel as we speak, making sure that flowers look happy from a bit of lack of rain. I'm kind of surprised that they're as dry as they are, since we had a nice shower and lower temps, but that's how it goes in our climate sometimes.
