Nothing like giant mushrooms to say, "let's have a good time"! It was all a part of the Alice and Wonderland theme, and it added to the excitement, and the colors were really neat! Psychedelic, yo!

A couple of these fungi are still up and out on the drive up to the chapel from the road. All of the mylar balloons were tremendously colorful, and there were hearts and 'shrooms all over the place. Perfect for the theme, and the party was genuine. Lots of smiles on the guest's way out, and that's always a great sign. THAT, and raising almost $4,000 for the Salado Public Library.
Got to meet with a special bride and groom last night who are booking their wedding on Monday! Cannot wait to pick out dishware, linens, glassware and the like. The wedding already sounds dreamy and easy and should be a perfect reflection of Josh and Heather's style and theme. Lots of fun coming our way! We're always thankful that God sends us just the right folks for their special vows. Our new efforts in the web design and tweaking makes a difference, too, we think!
Our special guest is checking out this morning and things will return to normal for a little while. We're planning on bible study on Sunday, and also may end up doing a bit of crafting on monday, if it works out.
Hope everyone is having a wonderful wrap-up to their work week! Blessings to one and all for a smile-filled Friday and beyond!

What a delightful and colorful event! The Alice in Wonderland theme sounds absolutely magical, especially with those giant mushrooms adding such a whimsical touch. It’s wonderful to see creativity used for a good cause like the Salado Public Library. Speaking of beautiful outdoor setups, I’ve been exploring Tree Trimming Services New Hampshire for enhancing natural spaces.
