Miss Denise has been working on the entry gate wreath. Working with this summer's white wreath, she's added a bit of fall color, and is still working on the details. You can tell summer is ending!

Hard to believe the summer is at and end, for the most part. Fall colors are popping out all over, and the antique fence at the chapel is no exception. The cooler temperatures are always welcome, however, since it's more comfy and works WAY better than hot temps for weddings! It's always nice when the bride and groom don't feel 'melted' on their big day, so we're heading into that time of the year. Summer weddings are great, too, however, since we have AIR CONDITIONING! Thank the Lord. One of the best inventions, ever!!!
Bible study returns to the great room at the chapel on Sunday, and we're looking forward to that. We'll be working in the Max Lucado book that we haven't cracked the cover on in quite a while. We'll be back at it, led by our excellent 'rabbi' and we know we'll be well fed in the process. Such a wonderful prayer group, and it's open to new folks! Let us know if you'd like to be a part of the ecumenical fun!
We keep forgetting to grab one of the 'chapel' signs along the driveway that's really faded. We want to touch up the paint, and we drive past it virtually ever day, and STILL forget to snag it for the touch-up. Maybe this weekend will be the magical time of getting it done. We'll see!
Well, more tasks to be done, so I'll close. Hope to see you soon and we're excited to see Alexa & Gina on Sunday to start planning the big day! Blessings to one and all!
