Chapel Blog | Our weddings, events and news

Like staying at the Mayfair Hotel in London, EVERYone at the chapel is paying attention to every detail to make each wedding a success! Even THIS charming appliance is keeping up with everything! :)

Lisa put googly eyes on the coffee pot in the chapel kitchen and the stand mixer. They're always watching to be sure that no detail goes unattended for each wedding. They're charming and happy compatriots in the business side of life here! So much fun... Good job, Lisa!

Beautiful bible study here last night (you're welcome on Sundays!) and Bryan lead the group well, and we were appreciative of the home theater @ the Fossum's to get to watch our latest installment of "The Chosen". Really love the program and it's so beautiful and educational at the same time. Bryan's ham, cheese, onion and potato homedish was amazing as well. April made California/Italian chocolate brownies, and our fruit salad was pretty neat as well. Always such a warm gathering. Lots of prayers all about.

Finished watering the plants and flowers at the chapel, and I think Miss Denise is right that we've had a bit of deer nibbles on some of the flowers. We don't usually have trouble with that, but we haven't been down there as much as usual.

Sarah's photograph officially has a sepia and gray frame, so it'll be going up on the wall in the brides room soon. The Mother Teresa print is finished and just needs binding in the back for hanging, so it won't be long before both items are up and on display!

Ok, must get some things rolling. Let us know how you like the look of the website now that it's been freshened. Blessings to one and all for a tremendous week of happiness, generosity and blessings! Peace be with YOU! Later........
