Kimberly and Shane relive their very special, unexpected chapel wedding! They're living proof of how flexible and adaptive God has made us in providing what we do here! "THIS Weekend?". Richness!

They had their date, location, decor, everything. It was all set for a beautiful farm outside McGregor for their big day. Then the rains came. And they came. And they came.... Before they knew it, the location they'd planned on for their rather elaborate wedding was now underwater, and was not going to be able to be dried out before the scheduled date. The phone calls began, and I'll never forget the conversation Shane and I had regarding putting their wedding together here in 6 days! It happened and was amazing. They were out here every day that week getting the place as close as they could to their original plan. It was a fun adventure from all ways around! We all survived it and they had a wonderful time. It was great to have them here for Wedding Homecoming and we're so glad they could make it. Welcome home, you two!

Freezing cold at the chapel today. We've even got faucets dripping and the heat on 45 degrees in the front half of the building. It's supposed to be nicer by the weekend, which would be nice, for sure. Let us Pray!
