Chapel Blog | Our weddings, events and news

Is this not beautiful!??! Connie Cryar provided this china for the chapel, and is already being used for events! It means so much when families trust us with their heirlooms for donation. Thanks!

From one of our favorite manufacturers, Noritake, this pattern - Shelia - was only produced in Japan for 4 years. Introuced in 1948, the production of this pattern stopped in 1952. We have a special affinity for Noritake patters of this era, and have given gifts of such sets and now are on the receiving side. Such a gorgeous set, and Connie seemed very happy to help contribute to the signature vintage china look at the chapel. Thank you, Connie! This china is what sets the chapel apart for brides, charity events, etc. We love enjoying the special pieces as well, and now have that much more to love.

Bible study @ 5p today, so if you're interested in fellowship, food & faith, this is the place to make that happen. Genuine friendships are formed, and we're always amazed at learning a different part of the bible that we weren't familiar with. Open discussion and a welcoming group. Please join us....you can at least try it on! :)

Met with Cassidy today to go over details for her big day, and we can't wait to meet Ian (particularly favorite groom's name!) and have a magical ceremony and reception. So much fun!

Blessings to one and all, and we hope to see you soon! Don't forget the April 19th Hospice fundraiser fashion show! Let us know if you want to come to that! Bye!
